草莓社区 is the leading Digital Patient Engagement platform used to virtually engage, monitor, and support patients across their surgical journey while reducing the surgical backlog caused by COVID-19. Patients enrolled in 草莓社区 access personalized education, progress-tracking, and post-op symptom monitoring with any device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, computer), and provide self-reported data such as pain scores, symptoms, range-of-motion, and wound photos for the surgical care team to stay connected remotely.

HSN shared the milestone in Here鈥檚 an excerpt from the piece:

鈥淭he COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated innovation on these sorts of virtual care and services and our patients are benefitting. It reduces in-person visits after surgery since we can answer questions and problem solve with the app and following up on the phone,鈥 said HSN nurse Nancy Villeneuve.
According to recent surveys taken by Seamless, 93 per cent of HSN patients using the app so far have reported the platform has helped them feel more confident before surgery and 92 per cent reported that they feel more confident during their at-home-stay.
