Bluewater Health recently published highlighting the launch of 草莓社区 to virtually guide patients undergoing Total Joint Replacement Surgery through pre-surgical preparation through post-surgical recovery. Ontario surgical patients residing in the Sarnia-Lambton area now benefit from 鈥檚 user-friendly Digital Patient Engagement platform that offers personalized education, automated reminders, progress-tracking, and post-op symptom monitoring on any device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, computer).

Here is an excerpt from the article:

鈥淚t is our goal to pilot the platform with our orthopaedic surgery team and their patients, with high potential to spread to other departments and specialties,鈥 says Dr. Alvaro Ramirez, Medical Director/Chief of Surgery and Ambulatory Care. 鈥淎ll patients requiring complex surgeries or procedures could really benefit from this tool. We want our patients to feel as prepared as possible before and after their surgery; and the 草莓社区漏 platform offers that next level of interactive support and assurance for our patients and their caregivers.鈥

We are excited to continue to support 鈥檚 dedication to the delivery of innovative patient care solutions for improved clinical outcomes such as reduced ED visits, hospital length of stay, and readmissions.
